Industrial Yoga LLC delivers customized, on-site guided stretch instruction provided by a certified, registered, and insured yoga instructor. Sessions are designed specifically to address the physical and mental demands of the workplace. From repetitive to stagnant movement, stretching can reduce pain, prevent future injuries, improve mental health. Instruction can be held in a company conference room, training room, and even outside.
Bonus: Yoga programs may qualify for certain tax credits or deductions related to employee health insurance costs.

The Process
Begin your work place wellness by reserving an appointment to discuss your industry’s needs. It is recommended to start with a single yoga session. A session includes 60 minutes of on-site instruction with the option of yoga equipment rentals. Yoga equipment is not required.
